Considering that Verr says that he's the Captain of the 7th, I think abotkin is lying.

If you think that's imprudent, we can switch him with wildpantha05 or whoever you think is good.

Well, we don't know the kill order. It might not be a bad idea to kill him.
On the other hand, it'll kinda expose me if he told anyone he'd be telling me.
...but I'm not sure it matters at this point.
